Welcome to our worldCDC's primary business is to provide its clients with a variety of tools, to build and use information about their customers, so as to better serve those customers, and insodoing increase those customers' support of the client company. CDC is, by definition, a marketing communications company - but instead of using creativity and the mass media to attract the support of new customers to their client's business offerings, we focus on improving the quality and relevance of the ongoing communication between our client companies and their existing customers. We believe that while the focus on NEW customers remains a valid and necessary requirement for any business undertaking, far too much opportunity is being 'left on the table' by ignoring the often untapped support represented by customers who may just have bought once from a client, or simply very infrequently.
